Firstly, a big, warm welcome to Eatz.com - we're are happy that you'd like to place an order from Eatz. In order to place your first order, you need to
- Download the app
- Simply create an account or login as a guest user
- Choose "ORDER FOOD" button. A list of restaurants, within a 5 - 6km radius of your location, currently serving will be displayed
- Choose the restaurant that tickles your fancy & go through the menu of your choicest restaurant
- Add the items to your cart. When you are done click on "Go to checkout", then proceed through the payment process
- Is there any minimum order for your food app?
Depends on the restaurants from which you place an order.
- Can I order from multiple restaurants in one order?
No. There is no possibility of placing an order from multiple restaurants at a time.
- How can I make changes to my existing order?
Dial to us @ 7569855515 Ext:101, we will help you out in that process.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. But the order cancellation needs to be informed before the order dispatches from the restaurant. To place your cancellation request you can dial to us @ 7569855515 Ext:101 and our support team will be happy to help you.
- Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You can change your shipping preferences in your account as long as the order status is in pending. But, once your order status changes to processing you need to call to our help desk team@ 7569855515 Ext:101 for support.
- Can I place an order online and pick up my order?
Yes, you can.
- How do I know my online order has been placed?
You will receive a confirmation Email and SMS immediately after processing your online order.
- How can I track my order?
You can track your order through app and web. We have an option called track order, where you can find your order's status.
- How long does it take for delivery?
Most deliveries happen within 45 minutes. Even on busy nights, we still do our best to arrange delivery within 45 minutes to an hour.
- Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there are and the delivery charges may vary slightly depending on the restaurants from which you choose to place an order.
- Is there a charge for cash on delivery orders?
No, it's completely free for COD orders.
- What if I'm not available at home to receive my order?
Anyone on behalf of you can receive the order by paying the amount (if chosen COD).
- How can I check if Eatz delivers to my location?
On your GPS, you can view the list of restaurants currently serving, within a 5 - 6km radius of your location.
- I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do?
You can reach us by dialing @ 7569855515 Ext:101 or can send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We assure to get back to you with a better solution at the earliest.
- Do you deliver throughout India?
No, we are operational only at Hyderabad and Vizag.
- My order is delayed, how can I check the status?
You can check your status through the updates we send via Emails and SMS or sign in to view your current order status in web or app.
- What if the delivered items are not as ordered?

- What are my payment options?
You are offered with very convenient online payment options via Paytm/ EBS (Online payment) from all banks. If required you can also choose our pay cash on delivery service, where you can pay the amount directly to the delivery boy as soon as your order gets delivered to your doorstep along with the bill.
